Bolt together Tipper Wagon in 5″ gauge. Self assembly kit.
A sturdy little tipper wagon built to the same design as the impressive Colin Edmondson 7¼” version.
The tipping mechanism allows for fast unloading, saving time and labour compared to manual unloading. Typically used on miniature railways for ballasting. But also, often used as display pieces in freight sets. In use, the tipper wagon allows the bed of the wagon to be tilted, therefore ensuring a quick and efficient unload of contents.
Colin Edmondson is a well-known designer, and his products are used on multiple miniature railways across the world. The tipper wagon, like all products has been thoroughly risk assessed and tested. In summary, a tipper wagon is a highly efficient and versatile vehicle.
In addition to the self-assembly kit, a ready to run version is also available. This is made by us, within our workshop and sent to you as a complete functional piece, ready to go straight on the track. We are honoured to be able to supply so many of Colin Edmondson’s designs at a commercial level.
