Description
Our sit in guards carriages are built ready to run and come fitted with our heavy duty bogies. The Guards compartment is fitted with a lift up lid desk, train pipe vacuum gauge and emergency brake valve. Vacuum brakes fitted to one bogie as standard and vacuum release valve located on chassis side. Heavy duty channel section chassis and steel body.
Can be built either as a sit-in / sit-astride hybrid or as a sit-in only.
**PLEASE NOTE: Images shown with this post are our previous ply body design. New carriages will look exactly the same, just a bit thinner and will have a rubber trim to the edges as standard.
** Sit-in/sit-astride hybrids remain with a ply body.
